By accessing or using Sonalead ("the Service", "we", "us"), available at sonalead.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Sonalead is operated by an individual ("Operator") based in Poland, European Union. The Service is not operated by a registered legal entity. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and the Operator.
Sonalead is a SaaS (Software as a Service) lead generation tool that scans publicly available content on Reddit to identify posts that may indicate commercial intent. The Service uses artificial intelligence to score leads, generate suggested outreach messages, and provide market trend analysis and offer analysis.
Sonalead is a tool designed to assist users in identifying potential leads. We do not guarantee that any identified lead will result in a sale, response, or business outcome of any kind. Results vary entirely based on your use of the information provided.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use this Service. By using Sonalead, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
To use Sonalead, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information is found to be false, misleading, or in violation of these Terms.
You may not share your account with others, create multiple accounts, or use another person's account without permission.
Sonalead offers self-serve subscription plans Starter ($19.99/month) and Pro ($29.99/month), each with a lead allowance per Stripe billing period as described at sonalead.com/billing. Enterprise is offered as a custom agreement. Plans and limits may be updated from time to time with notice.
New users may access a free trial after verifying their email with a one-time verification code. The trial is limited to a cumulative lead cap (currently 30 qualified leads total) and a calendar window (currently 4 days UTC). No payment method is required for this trial. To continue after the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices are listed in USD and do not include any applicable taxes or bank fees, which are your responsibility.
Users who subscribed during early access may be eligible for a price lock at their original rate. This price lock applies only to the plan tier subscribed to at that time and is non-transferable. Price locks may be voided if you cancel and re-subscribe, or if you upgrade or downgrade your plan.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings in your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused leads.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us and we will review the situation in good faith.
You agree to use Sonalead only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Sonalead surfaces publicly available posts and content from Reddit via third-party search APIs. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of using any lead data. You are solely responsible for how you use information provided by the Service.
Outreach messages, intent scores, and all other AI-generated content are suggestions only. They are generated by large language models and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or content that is inappropriate for your specific context. Always review AI-generated content before sending it to any individual.
You acknowledge that outreach to individuals found through the Service must comply with all applicable laws and platform rules, including but not limited to anti-spam laws, GDPR, and Reddit's terms of service regarding unsolicited messages.
All original content, design, code, branding, and features of Sonalead are the intellectual property of the Operator. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without explicit written permission.
Lead data surfaced by the Service is sourced from third-party public platforms. We make no ownership claim over third-party content. AI-generated outputs (messages, scores, analysis) generated during your session are provided for your personal business use and may not be resold or redistributed.
Sonalead integrates with and depends on third-party services including Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Groq (AI inference), Serper (search API), and Vercel (hosting). Your use of the Service is subject to the terms and privacy policies of these providers.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service. Outages or changes in third-party services may affect the availability or functionality of Sonalead.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE OPERATOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that leads identified by the Service are accurate, current, or will result in any business outcome.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT WILL THE OPERATOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO SONALEAD IN THE THREE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Operator from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including privacy, intellectual property, or platform terms; or (d) any outreach messages you send using data or content generated by the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, suspicious activity, fraudulent behavior, or for any other reason at our discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any unpaid amounts remain due. Sections 7, 8, 10, 11, and 12 of these Terms survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page and may notify you by email. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland and applicable European Union law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
